Below are directions for visiting the Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center of New Jersey at Capital Health. For patients and families who are traveling from outside the area, we have compiled a list of local accommodations and travel information.

Directions to Capital Health

From the North:
NJ Turnpike South to Exit 7A. Interstate 195 West to Rt. 129 North. Rt. 1 North (129 and 1 blend). Olden Avenue Exit (on left). At traffic light make left (Olden Avenue). At traffic light make left (Brunswick Avenue). Proceed to Medical Center (2 blocks on left). Free parking is located across from the hospital.

From the South:
Interstate 295 North to Rt. 129 North. Rt. 1 North (129 and 1 blend). Olden Avenue Exit (on left). At traffic light make left (Olden Avenue). At traffic light make left (Brunswick Avenue). Proceed to Medical Center (2 blocks on left). Free parking is located across from the hospital.

From Morrisville:
West Trenton Avenue over Calhoun St. Bridge. Continue on Calhoun Street to seventh light (Southard Street). Turn right onto Southard Street. At second traffic light make left (Brunswick Avenue). Travel through one traffic light. Hospital is on right.

From the East:
Interstate 195 West. Rt. 129 North. Rt. 1 North (129 and 1 blend). Olden Avenue Exit (on left). At traffic light make left (Olden Avenue). At traffic light make left (Brunswick Avenue). Proceed to hospital (2 blocks on left). Free parking is located across from the hospital.

From Levittown, Bristol:
Rt. 1 North or Rt. 13 North. Cross Delaware River Toll Bridge. Olden Avenue Exit (on left). At traffic light make left (Olden Avenue). At traffic light make left (Brunswick Avenue). Proceed to hospital (2 blocks on left). Free parking is located across from the hospital.

From Yardley, Lower Makefield:
I-95 North. Cross over Scudder Falls Bridge. I95 to Exit 4 (Rt. 31 South). Continue straight approximately 3 miles to Olden Avenue. Make left onto Olden Avenue. Continue to Brunswick Avenue. Make right onto Brunswick Avenue. Proceed to hospital (2 blocks on left). Free parking is located across from the hospital.

From the North (New Brunswick and Princeton):
Follow Route 1 South to Quakerbridge Rd. Take the Quakerbridge Rd. Exit East. Go through approximately seven lights before you come to Route 33. Go through the intersection of Route 33 (Applebee's Restaurant will be on left corner). Street name changes to Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. Go through three lights. Capital Health in Hamilton is on the left, immediately following third light.

From South Jersey:
Take Route 295 North to Exit 61 (Arena Drive). At the third light, make a left onto Whitehorse Avenue. Whitehorse Avenue changes to Whitehorse-Mercerville Road. Proceed on road for three lights. Capital Health in Hamilton is located on the right after the fourth light (#1401).

From the East (Freehold/Jackson):
Take Route 195 West towards Trenton. Exit at Hamilton Square. At the traffic light, make a left onto Kuser Rd. Follow Kuser Rd. for approximately two miles. The K-Mart Shopping Center will be on your left. Make a right onto Whitehorse-Mercerville Road. Proceed on Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. through one more traffic light. Capital Health in Hamilton is on the right.

From the West (Ewing/Trenton):
Follow Olden Ave. East to Whitehorse Ave. Make a left onto Whitehorse Ave. Proceed on Whitehorse Ave. to Kuser Rd. (K-Mart Shopping Center). Go through the intersection of Whitehorse Ave. and Kuser Rd. The name of the road will change to Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. Proceed on Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. through one more traffic light. Capital Health in Hamilton is on the right.

From Pennsylvania (Route 95):
Take Route 95 North to Route 295 South to Route 33 East (Mercerville Exit). Follow to traffic light. Make a left onto Nottingham Way. You will need to be in right lane on Nottingham Way Make a right onto Quakerbridge Rd. Go through traffic light at Route 33 (Applebee's Restaurant will be on left corner). Street name changes to Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. Go through three lights. Capital Health in Hamilton is on the left, immediately following third light.

From Pennsylvania (Route 1):
Follow Route 1 North into New Jersey. Follow Route 1 North to Whitehead Rd. East. Make a right at the end of the ramp. Go to the traffic light and make a left onto Sloan Ave. At the fourth traffic light, make a right onto Quakerbridge Rd. Proceed straight passing through a 5-points intersection to Route 33 (Applebee's Restaurant will be on left corner). Street name changes to Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd. Go through three lights. Capital Health in Hamilton is on the left, immediately following third light.

Starting in ATLANTIC CITY, NJ on ATLANTIC AVE go toward N SOUTH CAROLINA AVE. Turn Right on N ARKANSAS AVE - go 0.2 mi. Continue on ATLANTIC CITY EXPY W (Portions toll). Continue on ATLANTIC CITY EXPY N (Toll applies). Take exit #31/WINSLOW/BLUE ANCHOR onto MAYS LANDING RD(RT-73) (Toll applies). Continue on RT-73 N. Bear Right on a local road - go 0.3 mi. Turn Right on N ROUTE 73(RT-73 N). Continue to follow RT-73 N - for approx. 1.6 mi. Arrive at 200 ROUTE 73, VOORHEES, on the Right.

From 295 North
I-295 N toward TRENTON. Take exit #32/HADDONFIELD/VOORHEES/GIBBSBORO onto HADDONFIELD-BERLIN RD(CR-561) toward VOORHEES/GIBBSBORO. Bear Left on E EVESHAM RD(CR-544). Bear Right on KRESSON RD(CR-671). Bear Right on ROUTE 73(RT-73 S). Continue to follow RT-73 S. Make a U-Turn at WILLIAM FEATHER DR onto ROUTE 73(RT-73 N). Arrive at 200 ROUTE 73, VOORHEES, on the Right

From 295 South
295 South to Exit 36A (NEW JERSEY TURNPIKE/BERLIN) onto ROUTE 73S. Follow for 7.6 miles. Make a U – Turn at WILLIAM FEATHER Drive onto ROUTE 73 North. Arrive at 200 ROUTE 73, on the Right.

From South I-95
I-95 SOUTH to Exit 49 (NEWTOWN). Go onto Newtown bypass 332 WEST and follow to the 6th light and make a left onto Route 413 (LANGHORNE-NEWTOWN RD). You will see flashing lights overhead, get into left lane and make a left onto CRESTVIEW Avenue and a left into the parking lot.

From Holland, Richboro, Buckingham
Take 322 EAST and make a right onto ROUTE 413(LANGHORNE-NEWTOWN RD). You will see flashing lights overhead, get into left lane and make a left onto CRESTVIEW Avenue and a left right into the parking lot.

From Langhorne
Go pass St. Mary Medical Center on Right which is on 413 NORTH (LANGHORNE-NEWTOWN RD). Before reaching Route 332, you will see flashing lights overhead, Make a right onto CRESTVIEW AVENUE, and make a left into our parking lot.

From Levittown
Take I-95 North to exit 49 NEWTOWN. Go onto Newtown Bypass 332 WEST. Follow to the 7th light ROUTE 413(LANGHORNE-NEWTOWN RD) and make a left. You will see flashing lights overhead, get into the left hand lane and make a left onto CRESTVIEW AVENUE and a left into our parking lot.
