Dr. Erol Veznedaroglu is director of Neurosciences and Endovascular & Cerebrovascular Neurosurgery at Capital Health. He was formerly director of the Division of Neurovascular Surgery and Endovascular Neurosurgery and director of the Cerebrovascular Fellowship Program at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals.
Following his fellowship training in cerebrovascular/neurointerventional neurosurgery and neuro-critical care at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital for Neuroscience, he became a nationally recognized endovascular and cerebrovascular neurosurgeon in the treatment of aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, stroke and other potentially fatal conditions of the brain.

Dr. Kenneth Liebman serves as director of Neurosurgical Critical Care at Capital Health. After completing his neurosurgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Dr. Liebman was director of cerebrovascular neurosurgery for the Department of Neurosciences at Seton Hall University. He was chief of the Division of Neurosurgery at Muhlenberg Hospital prior to joining the medical staff at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he received fellowship training in cerebrovascular microsurgery and interventional endovascular neurosurgery. As an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Thomas Jefferson University's Jefferson Medical College, he started and directed a microvascular course taught to residents and fellows.

Dr. Binning joined the Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center of NJ in 2011 as its third dual trained neurosurgeon, specializing in both traditional and minimally invasive cerebrovascular neurosurgery. Dr. Binning completed her neurosurgery residency at the University of Utah Medical Center after completing her medical degree at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
