We know the impact of cerebrovascular disorders extends well beyond the patient and the doctor’s office. To support patients and families who are dealing with the social, emotional and physical aspects of these conditions, Capital Health’s Institute for Neurosciences and the Stroke and Cerebrovascular Center of NJ are offering the following support programs. All programs will include question and answer sessions and remarks by one of our neurosurgeons. All sessions will be run by one of our neuroscience nurse practitioners or nurses.
